TACTICAL SATURDAY
Every Saturday we work hard.
We put our mental and physical strength to the challenge.
The goal for these workouts are to "just keep moving".
Do not stop!
They are longer workouts 15-20 minutes of continuous movement with scheduled rest breaks. Often they may include 2-3 parts.
These workouts always include Tactical drills designed specifically to make Police Officers and First Responders more prepared for their career and lives.
