What if I'm new to working out?

Our coaches can guide you to set up a successful strategy to progress from beginner training a few days a week to training as many days as you want.
We have a daily Minimalist workout that can be used to build a routine before starting the full equipment workout routine.
Additionally, you will get access to our "Primer Program" that is a 12 week program designed to take you from bodyweight only to using a barbell. It also starts out at 2 days per week and progresses to 4 days per week.
