You will get a 5 workouts per week. 2 of these workouts will focus on speed and conditioning work while the other 3 will focus developing strength and muscle hypertrophy.

The workouts are designed to be fast paced and will take 45-60 minutes depending on your level of fitness. Each section will have a suggested time allotment so you can stay on track, to get in and out of the gym as fast as possible.

We design the workouts for minimal equipment use. You don't need any expensive equipment.

If you do the bodyweight program, you need absolutely NOTHING, but your body!

The necessities of the full Effective Fitness Program include a barbell, DB/KB, a pull-up bar, boxes/benches you can jump onto, and somewhere you can run.
