HEAD COACH

We are looking for a head coach to lead the Effective Fitness Training team! This is a full-time remote position (32+ hrs per week).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Effective Fitness is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team. As the Head Coach of Effective Fitness Training (EFT), you will be responsible for program development, content creation, coaching and customer service, agency relations and workshops.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Program Development:
    • Write LEO specific performance programming for all tracks
    • Brainstorm and develop new tracks
    • Create one-off programs as needed/desired
  • Content Creation (Instagram, Youtube, Courses, Blogs/Opt Ins, etc.):
    • Weekly educational content for IG and YouTube
    • Educational content for within the app for members as well as in their website portal
    • Demo videos for within programs in the TrainHeroic app
  • Coaching and Customer Service:
    • Coaching, motivation, support in the app/facebook group/coach support email
  • Agency Relations, Programming, Coaching, and Workshops:
    • Agency POC (point of contact)
    • Availability to schedule calls with officers if/as needed
    • Pursue Agency Interests (currently 1-2 per month)
      • Review agency interest forms that are submitted
      • Schedule phone calls with agency POC
  • Bi-weekly Check In with Current Agencies On Board
    • Reach out to agency POC
    • Ask and fulfill any help that is needed
      • Help with any challenges or any internal initiatives
    • Send any Blogs or educational material
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active CSCS and/or TSAC certification(s)
  • Active or Former LEO
  • A passion for fitness and the Law Enforcement community
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills to work with a team remotely
