The 1 Workout Per Day can be any Effective Fitness Training Cycle or One-Off Program. This workout needs to include 30 minutes or longer of running, biking, swimming, rowing, hiking or rucking.

 

For optimal results during these 50 days, you want to:

  • 7-9 Hours of Sleep Each Night
  • Daily Mindfulness, Meditation or Breathwork Exercise
  • Daily intake of your bodyweight in grams of protein
