“WHAT COUNTS AS MY DAILY WORKOUT?"

Any of our EFT Membership Tracks or One-Off Programs will get you dialed in — they’re built specifically for performance you can feel on the job and in your life. That being said, you’re not locked into our training.

If you already have a trusted program or plan from another coach, that’s fine too.
JUST MEET THE STANDARD.

Your daily workout must include at least 30 minutes of sustained movement — running, biking, swimming, rowing, hiking, or rucking.


YOUR DAILY PROTOCOL

To make these 50 days count, here’s what you’re committing to:

  • Complete one workout per day, with at least 30 minutes of sustained physical activity.
  • Get 10,000 steps every day, no matter what.
  • Perform 10 minutes of dry fire drills with focus and intent.
  • Practice 5 minutes of tourniquet (TQ) drills, building both speed and confidence.
  • Drink half your bodyweight in ounces of water daily to stay sharp and hydrated.
  • Cut out alcohol completely for the full 50 days.
  • Avoid all fast food — fuel your body like your performance depends on it, because it does.
  • Include daily mindfulness, meditation, or breathwork, even just 5–10 minutes to reset your mind.
  • Prioritize 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night to recover and perform at your best.
  • Eat your bodyweight in grams of protein every day to support recovery and lean muscle.
