SWAT PREP PROGRAM
This 17 week SWAT Prep Program is designed to build high level operators on SWAT Teams, consisting of two training blocks, each focused on different fitness goals. The first block emphasizes strength, endurance, and speed. The second block focuses on pure strength and endurance in various modalities, including running, calisthenics, and farmer's carries. The program includes regular testing and deload weeks to monitor progress and prevent overtraining.

12-WEEK RUNNING PROGRAM
This 12 week training cycle was designed for those who can comfortably run 10 minutes and want to run a fast 1.5-2 mile time for a PT test.

TACTICAL HYPERTROPHY PROGRAM
This 6-week high volume program is designed to pack on lean muscle mass. The workouts are 5 days a week and ~60 minutes long. This program is not for the faint of heart. It combines compound movements with accessory work and short circuits at the end of each workout. If you are ready to put on some size, it's time to execute this program.
