This 10 week training cycle has 3 main objectives:

Improving strength via the “big” compound movements. We will be following a scientifically proven progression for the back squat, bench press, strict press and deadlift.

In addition, improving your lateral mobility, plus, introducing static holds and heavy carries that better your ability to handle hands-on encounters.

Increasing speed is integral to win every foot pursuit. We will improve your cardio with metabolic conditioning and cardio intervals.

Don’t forget bodyweight! We will be increasing reps in bodyweight movements such as pushups, ring rows, and several pull-up variations.
