This 4-week program is designed for cops to improve mobility and move better.
It is a 3 day a week program that will take 10-20 minutes to complete.
It includes loaded full range of motion mobility exercises as well as static stretching.
Simply log-on and follow the workouts 3x a week and you will notice less aches and pains and that movement will be "easier".
